The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is hosting two technical assistance events this summer: Data Validation Summit in July and Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Performance Roundtable in August. We are limiting registration to promote participant engagement and interaction.

Regional Performance Specialists will contact states concerning pre-registration of the appropriate attendees.   

Presentations will be posted after the events on WorkforceGPS.

Save the Date: 2021 WIOA Data Validation Summit

Join DOL ETA’s Performance Accountability Team, the Office of Workforce Investment, and state colleagues for a Data Validation Summit to discuss data validation guidance and monitoring approaches.  The Summit will feature best practices for grantee data validation, monitoring source documentation, areas for improvement, and key clarifications for validating required performance data submitted by Title I (Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth) and Title III (Wagner-Peyser) grantees.

The interactive Summit will offer opportunities for networking, and will encourage active participation in panels, small group break-outs, and group discussions.

The event is geared toward staff responsible for data validation requirements, such as staff training, monitoring, and source documentation review for WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs as well as the Title III Wagner-Peyser program.

The Roundtable will feature best practices for reporting required ETP performance reports, areas for improvement, key clarifications for reporting, and the application of the data for www.trainingproviderresults.gov.

The interactive Roundtable will offer opportunities for networking, and will encourage active participation in panels, small group break-outs, and group discussions.

This event is geared toward staff responsible for ETP performance data collection and reporting.
