Recent congressional legislation and guidance from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) emphasizes the importance of strengthening the evidence-base for the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program.  In this webinar, presenters discuss the special challenges for states with smaller RESEA programs (i.e., serving fewer than 15,000 claimants annually) when an evidence-based approach is used.
