The “Joint ICR” (OMB Control no. 1205-0526) and the “DOL-only ICR” (OMB Control no. 1205-0521) define the performance reporting requirements for DOL workforce programs that report in the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS). Joint and DOL-only ICR Contents:

The “Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Common Performance Reporting” (OMB Control No. 1205-0526) was approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for use through 5/31/2024. The ICR contains the following:  WIOA Statewide Performance Report Template and WIOA Local Performance Report Template (ETA-9169); WIOA Joint Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) (ETA-9170); and WIOA Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Performance Report Specifications and WIOA Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Performance Report Definitions (ETP-9171).

The DOL-only Performance Accountability, Information, and Reporting System (OMB Control No. 1205-0521) was approved by OMB for use through 6/30/2024. The ICR contains the following: Participant Individual Record Layout (ETA-9172); (Program) Performance Report (ETA-9173) (includes program specific reports); and the Pay-for-Performance Report (ETA-9174).
